This helmet is made from an impact resistant polyurethane casting resin. It is very durable and lightweight. Parts will require minor filling and sanding prior to being painted and assembled. All kits include the helmet, ear covers and rear vents. This helmet is designed so that all vents are functional to allow air flow. These are cast thick for extra durability.

Finished helmets are painted with Alumaluster, just like the real screen used helmet. Sealed with an automotive clear coat for durability, and light weathering with oil paints. Finished helmets also include detailed padding, and an acrylic visor, already installed. It can take up to 6 weeks to make a finished helmet.

This helmet is one of the cleanest and most detailed ones available. It is full size, and can easily fit up to a 24" head. It weighs 2.8 lbs. using the files from Great Ape Studios, this is the most accurate helmet available.
